I decided to show how I have learned to make quick meals for myself, without leftovers. I could make a larger meal and have leftovers, but generally they sit...and sit...and sit (like the spaghetti in the fridge now). They eventually get wasted. Plus, the larger meals sometimes take longer and I'm tired at the end of the day. This meal took me about 15 minutes to create. Nothing extravagant, but it fills my belly. Simple and tasty. Here is my meal and drink for around 370 calories.
1 Fillet of Tilapia : 100 calories
1 Mini Corn on the Cob w/ butter: 100 Calories
2 tbsp Light Creamy Caesar Dressing: 80 Calories
Lettuce and Cucumbers: 10 Calories
Glass of milk: 80 calories

Mmm, I think pepper and some garlic salt over medium heat in a pan. Took about 2-3 minutes
