Oh, Bananas!

If anyone knows me, they know I love to make (and eat) banana bread. If they know me even better, they know that I happen to make the best banana bread in the world. It's true. The recipe says so. Since I don't have much money to buy people gifts, or even buy cards, I decided I would make mini loaves of banana bread to give away to people. I didn't really have any particular people in mind...just whoever I happened upon who looked like they needed banana bread. Don't worry. I gave it to people I know.

After making three batches (each batch makes 3 mini loaves, so 9 loaves), I bagged them up in cute Christmas bags and began giving them away. My roommate was a recipient of one of these loaves. She thought it was a cute idea, so she asked if I could help her make some to give away to people at her work. Last night we went to town. We made six more batches (18 mini loaves). Let me tell you, it was a task.

So what do I do this morning? Make more banana bread. I had to. I couldn't go without making it an even ten loaves (total of 30 mini loaves). I can smell the banana bread now...mmmm.

Even after all the exhausting work of making so much bread, I still want to make more. I just want to give it to everyone I know!

Maybe I should start a business...

Then I'll have to start charging :)
